Yeah well it was that TinPotClub and their tax dodger del boy manager...nicked it in the last minute.

I would have happily surrendered The Brian Clough Trophy to the Sheep for a whole season, and the games home and away to see them beat that lot, but it wasn't to be.

Them lot are Jammy *****!!!!

That Luiz deal is arguably the worst...or best deal in the world, depending on what way you look at it...absolute madness.

Yeah I would have preferred Derby to have won and they really should have,I have a mate you supports them and he is raging.

...and the money being quoted (£8 - £10 million) is beyond crazy.

For him, it will be like a dream come true, seeing as he's a Scouser and a boyhood Liverpool fan.

But, in reality, the guy is 32 and most importantly, IF Suarez is still there next season (which I fully expect him to be) then it will once again be the SAS upfront, and therefore, Lambert will only have a small part to play for most of the season.

So, for personal reasons, this is probably his dream move...but if we are talking solely about footballing reasons, then this is indeed the wrong move.

I really do feel sorry for Southampton fans right now...their manager has jumped ship and gone down south, Lallana has come out and said he wants to be playing Champions League Football, Jay Rodriguez has also been heavily linked with a move away, and of course, many top sides are still constantly being linked with Luke Shaw.
