If you could pick one realistic transfer target for Arsenal Tob, who would it be?

I don't know with Wenger david what do you expect from Rodgers this summer.

If Rodgers stays which by judging by some the targets i expect him to stay, i expect Milner Ings and Clyne to come in.

We need a top striker and a good holding midfielder, i'd like Lacazette and William Carvalho or Morgan Schneiderlin but i can't see FSG spend big money.

Leicester have made their first summer signing, which is shockingly not Cambiasso or Huth nor a extension for all the players out of contract, although he's potentially another one in their league. We're also linked to a defender even relegated Hull didn't think were worth playing for half a season and another defender even Liverpool didn't think were worth holding onto and loaned out. What the hell is Pearson doing with the 70 odd million we got from the last season?

Coates is stopping at Sunderland I understand. A fee of around 4million should be enough. He has been outstanding in the last couple of months and has transformed his season. He is only 24 and if he can replicate the same form next season he could be some player. We are also looking at another centre half as Wes brown is not going to offered a new deal apparently.

I dunno why we're even trying to sign him or that Hull defender, to be honest with you, when we have fantastic defenders who never get played and players like Huth who should really get a proper contract. Now we have Fuchs as well, we should be set.

Don't remember anything about the kid, to be honest with ya, but I know Huth was an integral cog in pulling off one of the greatest escapes in Premier League history so I'd say if Coates is in a different league, it's likely a lower one.

One of the greatest but not THE greatest!

Yeah, I'm just going off his Stoke and Boro days but didn't really rate him to be honest.

If you like him that's all that matters though. It's your team. Cambiasso is a class act, probably the best signing you guys made?

Depends on how you categories it, to be honest, Vardy was playing no league football, ready to quit and Pearson talked him into him keeping playing. Now he's playing in the best league in the world and has an England call up to his name. For all the clubs buying their way to the top, Pearson sees on talent and never status, and makes nobody players into heroes.
