Too early for relegation talks? I don't want to wish the worst on the Foxes but we've eaten some absolute thrashings so far.

And Benteke gets what should be the winner for Palace! Unreal, but they can't give too many teams a ****ing two goal headstart in this league.

Ouch, that's got to hurt for the Mackem faithful. Stay off the boos, fellas!

This was a bad week for us. First Naismith and Norwich beating us in EFL Cup play, and today the lowly Bournemouth beating us too. And we were blanked in both games. This is no bueno.

Well done today though tob, Palace are up to 7th after that.

Can't wait for next week's game vortex, Palace vs Everton should be a slobberknocker.

That was a very impressive win for you guys today. Congrats on that, and on the overall solid play for your squad in recent weeks.

Geoff too, as Palace has strung together some good games as of late. I think it will be tough to see who will get the top 5 positions in the EPL this season. There are a ton of good teams all of a sudden. It will most likely be a dog fight till the end. I'm looking forward to our encounter next week too. Everton needs a victory all of a sudden.

Fat Sam leaves the England job after being caught in a newspaper sting, I get the feeling he won't be the last.

What are the odds on Moyes getting sacked in a month or two and Allardyce taking up his old job and guiding Sunderland to safety for the umpteenth time?

He should be ashamed and i be surprised if he comes back to club management this season.
How much money does a person like him want he was the highest paid international manager in the world and he wanted more he is a joke now.

Leicester playing Champions League football is just so good to see. Especially as they look so much better in these games than they have in the Prem so far. Shocked by how bad Porto are though, people said they were our only direct competition in our Group but I didn't realise that was because Porto played dirty, focusing on fouls and dives over actual football. Half the shit they were doing would never fly in the Prem. Pretty shameful stuff in places. Still, the second half could be an absolute party, especially if Porto end up on the receiving end of a red card.

Blimey, I'd forgotten all about the Champs league. Well done on another fine victory Pizza!

Yes, the sort of chronic cheating and play acting that's endemic to continental football always seems to become more pronounced when they play British clubs but it's because they know we're not very good at handling it, and that we're rubbish at fighting fire with fire. Don't get me wrongo, it's as much for the lack of technical ability that English clubs haven't won anything in Europe for a good long while, but foreign sides always know what buttons to push and how to see out a game once they're ahead by drawing niggly fouls, play acting and so on.

But hopefully Leicester's determination and sheer hard work can get them through, that's two wins from two and it's looking really good so far. The Foxes winning the CL would be an even greater achievement than winning the EPL.

Being honest with myself, I can see Leicester going far in the tournament but once they have to play teams like Barcelona they're going to have to really take it to some other level.

As would anyone, Pizza, as would anyone. But Leicester are such a strong unit that they've got as good a chance as anyone else of taking down Europe's big guns.

Good result for Celtic last night, City got ambushed good and proper. Not sure what that means for City vs Barca though!

You seem to be all over the place with your opinions on your team this season so far you said the other day talk about relegation and now you see Leicester go far in the Champions League.
Leicester have the easy group in the Champions League i know we have done it in the past and messed up when we were favourites but so far Leicester have done what is expected of them.
I like to see ye go further too but when you meet the big teams then that's it Leicester don't have the ability or the experience to take it to another level or if you play against the likes of Barcelona just being realistic pizzamorg nothing wrong in having ambition.

Well Leicester are all over the place. I wouldn't say Leicester are extremely off target in the Prem but it's more the manner in which we've lost. We got thrashed by teams up and down the table which is different to last season and the season before where we never lost big, it was always close.

I guess I must have forgotten that we're playing today. I wish I could watch it, but I'll be at work until the end of the match. I guess I'll just follow along with the box score. I'd say good luck to you Geoff, but we need to whoop that @ss today brotha.

I'd be made up with a point TBH, apparently we haven't lost at Goodison in the league for 11 years. Admittedly we've only been back in the EPL for 4 seasons but even so, we've yet to taste defeat there since our return to the top echelon of English football, having come away with a draw last season and two 3-2 victories in the seasons before that. Therefore that means we will lose tonight.

I'm praying for the old Bolasie to turn up today, lots of tricks and skills but zero end product and more balls punted into row Z than at a rugby game.

And we haven't lost to you at your place since 1994. I think that's a bit more impressive if you ask me. And yes, I do hope you lose today. It's about time.

What a beautiful free kick goal by Lukaku. That's a good start I'd say.
