It has indeed. The only downside is Sunderland are still deep in the mire, I had to laugh when someone messaged the BBC website text feed to say Sam's rescued Palace now and so he's still got time to rescue Sunderland!

We didn't play last weekend, but two of the games went our way with the results (Stoke and Watford losing). Just hope now that the Chelsea which played on Saturday are the same Chelsea which play Southampton tomorrow night. As we don't play until this coming Saturday (against Leicester), Southampton will be playing one of their games in hand on us. So a win for Chelsea will be the best result for us.
We were supposed to have played Manchester City this past weekend, but as they were playing in one of the F.A. Cup semi-finals, that match has been re-scheduled I think for a week tomorrow (Tuesday 2nd May). Last edited by OceanBlue; 04-24-2017 at 08:21 PM. |

Not really bud, especially considering we handled them quite easily back in October. We really needed those 3 points, and with United winning again, that top 4 finish is starting to slip away quickly. Next up we have Chelsea, and I sure hope the boys are motivated to kick their arses after that 5-0 destruction last time around. We'll see.
