We deserved a draw but that was not a penalty for Bayern it was Robben diving again.

It's certainly possible, but I don't see it happening.

Barcelona will be fired up after their surprise defeat at the weekend, and their fans will want a reaction to that, and a top draw performance.

Oh, I have more than two teams. I kind of used to have one in each major national league in Europe (plus Hungary which is where I'm from), but now I mainly root for Everton and Bayern. Although I must admit that Juventus is one of my favorite teams of all time, except I haven't been keeping up with them lately.

That's just wrong dude! Football is tribal. Can't be having several clubs.

That must be an English way of thinking. My tribe is a little more inclusive (diverse).

It's a universal Thing. Italy, Spain, England, Scotland, Germany! Lol. Remember, you are only a supporter if you pay money at turnstile. If not then that's a football fan.

Here in England, you support your home town club. If you don't, IMO, you are a glory boy, pure and simple. Anyone can attach themselves to the Liverpool's and barcas of this world, however, that is just being a fan not a supporter. To a true supporter, supporting several clubs is an alien concept.

That can well be true but in saying that,of course there are people up and down England who support the Man U's and Liverpool's of this world.
Now they be have started supporting or being a fan when the times were good but Liverpool fans have remained I'm sure over the last twenty years and I'm sure many Utd fans will do the same.

And many do travel to the games which would make them supporters, when it's not your home team it could be family related, following the team your dad does, etc.
Also when your not near by,IE:in my case and live in a different Country, money then also becomes an issue.

Now I have been to watch Utd at OT on I'd say between 50-70 times and I have also travelled to see them around Europe including the Champions League final in Rome.

I have since cut back since my daughter was born and the economic situation has continued, what it cost's me to go to two games would buy someone living reasonably close by a season ticket.

This Country like many others around the world has a massive following of teams from the EPL but to go back to your original point, yeah I don't get the whole supporting/being a fan of two teams thing.

I mean I know people here who support either Rangers or Celtic along with an English club.....I just scratch my head.

Disagree with the first part , Travelled all over England supporting Liverpool .

Second part I agree with.

EDIT; I also agree with what VH says, Travelling over to Liverpool/ Manchester looking for cheapest flights or going by boat costs more compared to a supporter having the club on it's door step.

Also know supporters who would love to go over but again it's all down to money and if you can afford it.
