We have it drilled in to us from an early age at home who we support by family or friends but of course it generally is the more successful teams which are supported over here so I know what you mean.

That is football I guess,it is great for picking us up or putting us down.
I don't know how many times I have went out on a Sat to watch a game and Utd lost and didn't bother heading out that night as I was in such bad form.

When we have went on to win the league I have often thought to myself of the wasted nights sitting at home ordering a takeaway and not watching MOTD as I was so pissed off.
As I have got older I try to not let it annoy me just as much.

That was me. Lovely spicy meatball pizza (from my fave pizza delivery) bolognese with chips and no football highlights because of the mood I was in. It makes a huge difference to my weekend.

It's just that you have to understand with my schedule I have to tape just about every match and there is a lag time before I can visit this thread for comment and by then,....any of my contributions sound almost like old news.

We might be clones. I have same paint job as yours in my home cinema (red works great with black) we both like ed norton and......well, can't think of anything else

Ha,you could be right,maybe we were separated at birth and luckily I ended up a Utd fan.
The red and black not only works well in a home cinema set-up but it also makes a good combo in a football kit.

Yep, true. Although athletico probably wouldn't get 30'000 crowd for a third division game like we did once (it is called league 1 now)

it be a tough match for us but I think Sweden will beat us 2-0 we have to get 3 points Tuesday night at home to Austria
