I think the whole idea of the re-release is to update the cover so it's more in line with the other MCU steelbooks look. I wouldn't be surprised if we do get re-releases of Thor:Ragnorok, Guardians of the Galaxy II, and Ant-man and Wasp as well.

Did anyone have the new steelbook release available at their local BB, or are they only shipping it through the website?

I didn’t have a single copy within 250 miles.

Hope they package it properly and it doesn’t come damaged. It’s hard enough finding an I damaged copy in the stores lol

Disney and Marvel should release a Commemorative Edition 4K/blu-ray of Black Panther, in Chadwick Boseman's honor, with the proceeds going towards the fight against cancer.

Wow, very disappointing to hear...RIP, Chadwick.

Had no idea about his cancer. I don't know if it was related, but he did seem to be losing weight over the years. So sad.

Awful, awful news. Chadwick had a quiet, commanding presence. It felt like he had a lot of big performances in his future. Absolutely brutal to lose him...

If anyone hasn’t seen 42: The Jackie Robinson Story, I definitely recommend it. Great performance by Boseman and a story that is as timely as ever.

Was planning on watching the movie in DV for the first time so I'll probably do it tomorrow, with mixed emotions for sure. Really can't wait for this year to be over..

I am not a Black Panther movie fan but this news makes me sick. What a huge and sad loss. Losing younger actors like him and Anton Yelchin is so difficult to fathom...RIP

Such a shocking passing man. He was my age too, so man this hits hard. I once called Black Panther overrated, NEVER again will I say that & will watch BP tonight in his honor. RIP Chadwick Boseman.
