Smallville season's 1-5 - Blu-ray Forum

I just started watching this show and I love it but season 1-5 arnt out on blu-ray has anyone heard anything I dont want to buy dvd's if they will come out on blu-ray?

Season 5 is on HD-dvd. Waiting for it on blu soon so I can swap it out using the red2blue program. Not sure why it's not on BD yet.

So i guess we have to wait for S10 to finish & wait a the complete set or something?

Fans of the early seasons being royally shafted.

At some point it was mentioned they started working on it, but ran into some technical difficulties with season 1 (and maybe 2 as well?), so it might take longer than expected.

I would think season 5 would be the next season, if released on blu-ray because it was already released on hd dvd. After that they should start with season 1 and work till they get to season 4

Decided to watch this in full.
I'm currently on Season 2, episode 12: Insurgence.
When Clark jumps from the Daily Planet into LuthorCorp, the audio cue of John Williams' Superman score is missing. It was there in the original broadcast.
