I know BF BC 2 and Battlefield 1943(PSN) are coming to ps3 this year.

My Battlefield - Bad Company is still in it's plastic wrap, should probably play that first

for some reason i didnt like Bad Company

i LOVED 'modern combat' though

something about the aiming/shooting on bad company turned me off very quickly

im waiting for BF 1943 to hold me over for Bad Company 2

There is no Battlefield 3 in the works yet but DICE is putting ideas together for it. And when Battlefield 3 comes out it will be a PC exclusive. You guys would probably get a console port sub par in quality to the full Battlefield 3 experience.

LOL i played BF BC but need to really sit down and get a grip with FPS on the console until then i am not going to buy any more FPS for anything other than the PC.

battlefield 3? this was rumoured in 2008 for the PC but nothing more came from it by the looks........ I miss my days of battlefield 2/battlefield 2 special forces..... good game & addon IMO.

They went downhill with bad company I did not like the demo so I am not hoping for much in bad company 2

I am still playing BF2 and love it. BC was not great, but i did like that everything could blow up. that was cool. i'm dissapointed that 1943 will have 24 max players. i want a game that has an option of 128 like bf2 originally was going to have. that would be sweet.

Definitely at some point, but as Tomb Raider just got the trophy patch that'll probably be my main focus for the moment (The Last Man too). Plus I'm working through Motorstorm : Pacific Rift, UTIII and Pure too! Like I said, too many games

I have them all, except one ... of the ones that are FEASIBLE to obtain. Some are just ridiculous and you wont get.

Im close to getting the Half the awards trophy and would be willign to throw down.

Get all awards is not feasible. Its like getting 120 trophies in one for one trophy and some of the things they want you to do are not possible. there was even a glitch for the longest that prevented you from even obtaining this trophy as one thing was impossible to do as it wouldnt record the stat ... they say it has been fixed tho but none the less.

I loved BF BC and will day 1 BF BC 2.
