in the news it says theres gonna be exclusive news on an upcoming new Blu-ray title on the 20th have a guess which one is it gonna be

My Pick: Spiderman 2

if it's one movie...I'm hoping Batman Begins...

because they should release both spiderman movies simultaneously and not the 2nd one first...

the only time they release the later version before the previous ones is if the title is new...

ala X-Men III and the Sopranos series...and casino Royale

when you see Weeds seas: 1&2 along with the POTC movies....both are a bit older, so they released them at either the same time...or in order...and these 2 are obviously just examples as I can't think of anything else off the top....

for SURE it wont be an neutral title, HELLO WAKE UP??? its BLU-RAY's anniversary, not HD's or HD DVDs. So it will be for sure an exclusive title.

I take "exclusive" in that context to mean that the news is exclusive to this site. If it were what I think you have taken it to mean, it would be worded "News on an upcoming Exclusive Blu-ray title."

If it's Spidey 2, I think it would be all 3 spideys.

I was hoping for BB or V for Vendetta, but with that VideoBusiness story about some of their other titles, I figure they would have said something about these movies if there was new info on them.

More than anything right now, I want a movie from Fox. I don't care if it's new or catalog (would really like Man on Fire), just something to know that Fox is re-starting their releases.

you're right about it being all 3 spideys as the 3rd won't be available until fall at the earliest...

but in this case...I'd expect Sony to try and push the release of SM3 so they can get all 3 out by christmas...

I think it is clear they are waiting for this title to come out to release the previous 2...

hopefully this isn't a letdown like the "big PS3 news" we were supposedly getting...

even though that was hyped by one website apparently..

Sheesh, I just answered this on another thread. We do seem to have a lot of threads that ask the same thing. The following is what I said:

I think it will be the 3 Spiderman movies. But I would not be too unhappy if we get Nemo, Cars, and the Incredibles from Disney or Kill Bill 1&2, Pulp Fiction, and Sin City. Or even better yet, they should announce that all of these would be released and drop another death blow domino for HD DUD.
