Default Sharp Aquos BD-HP21U

Hey all,

First of all nice place you have here and hope i can get some help/info.

I updated my BD-player to the latest firmware version and now none of my VC-1 BD-5 or BD-9 play. I receive a "disk cannot be read" message. The originals seem to play fine (the ones i verfied).

Can i flash back to the old firmware and where can i locate it? I called Sharp and told them what happened and they created a Ref number and want me to send it in.

To the BD experts out there, what should i do?

Everything played fine with the old firmware.

Thanks to everyone.

Cazzo!!

hey bud,

Thanks for the answer, but you are not using any Microsoft VC-1 coded disks right?

Your collection are all the originals?
