Ditto. Once Upon a Time In the West was incredible too. I didn't know they worked on that one.

The early Bond titles are gorgeous. A job well done.

THE ROBE is a miracle. I didn't think this could ever look decent but they pulled this one from the trash heap and made it look mostly spectacular.

THE GODFATHER films are great restorations. No, they are not pretty, cleaned up films, however they are the best representations of the film image that you'll see. After clean-up, they still look like film.

James Bond- I have to say that I think the early restorations: DR NO, FROM RUSSIA WITH LOVE and GOLDFINGER are amazing! I've never seen these theatrically and this is way better than any of the previous incarnations. What amazes me about these 3 releases is the boldness of the colors and the sharpness of the image, even in wide shots.

Dr No

hands down that bluray is the best restoration i have ever seen, the scenes in crabkey look as if they were filmed with a digital camera

I've been impressed with all the james bond restorations, but Dr no has looked the best in my opinion

Lowry didn't do the versions now on Blu-ray. That was handled by Robert Harris & co. Lowry may have done the old DVD release, but I'm not sure.
