Default What Blu(s), or DVD(s), will you watch on the 4th of July?

Do have a tradition of watching a favorite movie or the same movie every year on the 4th? Do you watch war movies to celebrate patriotism? Do you watch movies that take place near or on the 4th of July?

From our family's collection, I think my parents and I will watch Live Free or Die Hard, and some episodes of Band of Brothers.

I would suppose other possibilities would Independence Day, The Patriot, and Black Hawk Down among others.

I do this every July 3rd:

The Patriot (I always start with this one)
The Rock
Live Free or Die Hard
Independence Day (I always end with this one)

I usually change up the middle 2, but I've included The Rock the last few years, and Live Free or Die Hard has become an all-time favorite of mine so this may be the menu for a while to come.

I'd toss in Patton. Will probably be wasted and far from the HT, however.

I have some buddies coming over soon and we'll be enjoying Old Boy on Blu! Watched Master and Commander earlier today and it was entertaining.

It has been a week long film fest:
A bridge too far
The longest day
Saving Private Ryan (non-Blu)
Patton
The dirty dozen
Most of today watched the History channel (rained all day)
Throw in some Call of duty and it has been a full blown four alarm 4th of July week .

I was going to watch Live Free or Die Hard or ID4 but instead I somehow forgot and ended up watching Batman Begins.

...I did watch the ID4 speech online though

"Today we celebrate our Independence Day!"
