That is definitely a SteelBook hidden in there!

I just wonder if it'll be hard to order since it's got a 18 FSK rating.

Wh does the FSK 18 rating make it harder to order?

Germany is hardcore, no pun intended, in regards to enforcement of their rating system. Generally with FSK 18 titles delivery has to be made by hand to the ordering person and they have to provide indentification proving age.

Ordering outside of Germany, such as to North America, is just like ordering from any other Amazon and their are no restrictions.

Oh, that's what I thought, but Kynch saying that, and him being in France made me wonder if something changed.

The top part of the picture shows what's inside and the consistency, colour pattern and glow highly resembles that of the other Steels posted on Amazon.de such as Terminator 3.

Yeah, your right Kynch. It certainly does have the metallic texture of a steelbook on the top and no hint of that translucent plastic look of standard cases. Still, a peek at that spine would seal it for me.

I've seen the Underworld movies but I'm not familiar with the blu-ray releases. Are they single disc titles? or more? If its more than 3 blu-rays could that SB hold 'em?

I believe each movie was released with a single disc.

Seeing as this is a SONY release, I'd say that if it were to be in a metal casing, it'd be a SteelBook, judging by their previous releases in Germany (such as Hancock, Da Vinci Code or Terminator 3).

Germany Underworld-Trilogy Steelbook on 08/20/09

Sony Pictures Home Entertainment is releasing a German "Underworld-Trilogy" steelbook on August, 20th, 2009. We on bluray-disc.de expect minimum German and English Dolby TrueHD 5.1 Sound. The German FSK-Logo is just outside on the slipcase, not directly on the steelbook. More details soon to be announced:

Out of stock= Sold out, maybe more will come
Out of print=Not getting restocked, cause studio stopped production

Many ppl use the term OOP careless without any official announcements, like IAL or TDK, at the end of the day the only one who can say if an item is OOP is the Manufacturer
