I was having a conversation with one of my friends the other day about buying used blu-rays. We got into a little argument over it, which i thought was rather funny. Which let me to the question: Buying new, buying used - which are you more of?
I ask this because, personally, I don't like to buy used blu-rays, but i know people that don't mind at all. What do you all feel about this?

I'm all for buying used. My collection is probably 50/50 and I have never had an issue with a used disc.

It doesn't matter to me as long as everything that suppose to come w/ the blu-ray comes with the blu-ray. Mostly new but i do but alot of used as well.

Have only bought new so far, but would be open to buying used. Have seen blu's on ebay but the prices were close to Amazon so I would rather get them there.

I have several used BDs in my collection. All are in perfect condition, some even with slipcovers. And yes, you can save some good money doing so.

Majority of the blu's I buy are new, but have mixed in some used here and there. Probably about 90/10 new.

Ditto here. I found a seller on eBay who only sells caseless/no cover art discs at a HUGE discount - I picked up the Curious Case of Benjamin Button for $8.50 SHIPPED the week it came out (yes, the seller is legit!).

I don't care what the case looks like. I care about the film, picture and sound quality of the presentation.

I guess that's why the extras on most of my discs languish unwatched...

Mostly brand new. From time to time I do check out used video stores, and occassionally I come across to very good quality, clean used copies. I got my copy of "The Magic of Flight" (IMAX) used, yet it is so clean and all, it is practically brand new.

I buy used and new as well, most of the Pixar movies i have i bought are new and the rest i buy used rentals from blockbuster, unless if i cannot find the rental i buy em new such as gladiator which will probably not be at blockbuster on blu-ray for rental as well as lotr
