Canada Cam's Home Theater

Well...this is it. It took over a year to get all the EQ together. I'm wishing now I had before and after pics. My basement turned home theater has gone through quite the transformation. I was running an old school 57" CRT until last month when I upgraded to this front projection system. LOVE IT!! Of course, that prompted the paint job

Equipment:
Projector: Epson Home Cinema 6500UB
Screen: 120" GrandView Tab-Tension Motorized Screen
Receiver: Pioneer Elite VSX-94THX
Fronts: Paradigm Monitor 11 v5
Center: Paradigm Monitor CC-390 v5
Surrounds: Paradigm Monitor ADP-390 v6
Players: PS3 (soon to be Slim); Sony BDP-S300

Be gentle

- Cam

Nice everything! Love your choice of speakers, and that picture from your projector looks bright and tight! I'm in the market soon to get a front projector ( a more budget conscience one than you have) and I'm not sure about pull down or motorized screens....the price difference is rather large. But seeing your set-up makes me wonder if a motorized one is worth it. Nice job!

Thanks for the compliments guys.

When I first started looking at motorized screens (Da-lite, Stewart), I was quoted some pretty huge amounts. I just about gave up when I came across GrandView. I love this screen...well worth the cost increase and well below these other brands. I leave it down most of the time right now. That'll of course change once I get a plasma for that wall.

Need new blinds too, but that's a different story.

Did you purchase the screen direct or from a website? I want to look into one over a pull down. And I plan as you to have a TV behind the screen for everyday viewing.......

Online/phone order direct from GrandView. It was a blind buy that thankfully turned out great. I thought it was worth the $1300 (CDN) gamble.
