He's made a lot of fun ones, but I think "The Rock" has the best story, the deepest characters, and it still had a lot of wicked action scenes.

Easily The Island.

Worst: Transformers 2.

Armageddon, The Rock and Transformers for me.

I haven't seen Transformers 2 yet so can't comment on that one but the rest of Bay's movies go from 'meh' to 'blech' for me.

i kinda consider transformers to be his best movies. dont know if you can lump them together, otherwise the fallen is the best of the two. Bay is the reason to buy a home theater.

To be logical, The Rock was his best.

The Island, hard to top that incredible thrill ride that includes the incredible Scarlett Johansson.

I would go with The Rock and The Island and Bad Boys.

Everything else isn't that great. Except Con Air (not sure if that is a Bay movie.)

Check IMDB that wasn't Scarlett Johansson, that was Megan Fox.

What? The Island?

Anyways, the one where Bruce Willis and Ben Affleck are on that giant rock in space.
