ModNation Racers thread

The North American ModNation Racers beta period is December 18th through January 10th
ModNation Racers beta codes are in specially marked copies of Little Big Planet: Game of the Year Edition, which was released on September 8, 2009. People who subscribed to Qore on or before December 15th have been e-mailed codes on December 17th. People who registered at http://www.us.playstation.com/modnation/onlinebeta/ between December 3rd-13th got an exclusive ModNation PSN theme and a chance to win an Online Beta Voucher Code. On December 18th, Gamespot.com gave away 2,000 beta codes. Playstation has also given away a few batches of codes via their Facebook Page.

Other methods of distribution haven't been announced yet, but are likely to follow. This may or may not include PS Blog contests, GAP (Game Advisory Panel) members, or other methods. Keep checking the game's official site and the PS Blog for more opportunities to get in!

If you find any additional code giveaways, please share the source so some of us have the opportunity to sign-up or make the required purchase.

If you happen to be a generous soul with an extra code to give, please send it to me via PM, and I'll distribute it to the next eligible person on the list. If you know you're going to give your code to a friend further down the list anyway, please handle the exchange in a PM, not in this thread. And thank you for sharing.

If you would like to be on the waiting list for a code AND you *already* meet the requirements below, please post here, don't PM. If you received a code from another source or no longer wish to participate in the beta, please post here again and let me know.

Also, it is NOT okay to ask people to gameshare with you in this thread! If some random stranger asks you to gameshare, DON'T DO IT! They could steal your PSN account and/or get you banned and you could lose access to ALL of your purchased PSN content!

Please don't treat the beta as an early demo. Report any bugs or problems to the developers in their official beta tester's forum, not this site. Also, if there is a non-disclosure agreement, please don't discuss the beta on the forum where non-testers can read. Let's make a better game for everyone!
