crank 2 problems

Hi all,

I own a BDP S350 sony model, I cannot play this blu ray at all, all I get a tiny section of the screen and sound but I cant watch the movie. What can I do to my machine in order to view this movie, I hear that other sony models have the smae issue.

Lionsgate has responded to HCC's concerns about the general compatibility of the disc, confirming that the BD Live title will only play back correctly on Profile 2 Blu-ray players with internal memory (or connected external USB).

No, didn't work for me. My player is 2.0 ready. I also updated my FW, didn't work. Nothing worked for me so far.

It isnt an update from the machine, it is an uddate from lionsgate itself.

When you put the movie in it will say it has found an update, Obviously you need a memory stick in to make this work.

I did what you said, I got the update from the disc but I still get a black screen when I press ''Play Movie'' , I even shut down my player, tried to play the disc again but I couldn't even see the menu screen now.
