I cannot resist this one, Andy. I will ned to get both versions. The artwork is just too different. Gotta love 'em both.

Yeah, I think all the Disney steelbooks have blown my budget for the first month or two of next year - only gotta have 'em steels.

As of now, I will do my Holiday shopping at the Dollar Store.

Thank goodness I do not have to HOST Thanksgiving this year.

For some reason I think it means:

We are not going to Venus.

No one seems to have tested it yet but it says Region B on the back cover and the French review online states the same.

Not sure if they have checked though.

Hi guys, I've got my "District 9" steelbook edition today for 10Euros(about 14$) in a perfect condition from a guy who don't care about the movie and the steelbook so he sold it to me for a very very low price.

I can confirm it's REGION B.

Bought this along with Inglourious Basterds this evening, fingers crossed to receiving them both as steelbooks!

i just received a copy of district 9 french SB which was insanely packed in bubble wrap , paddings,and cardboard box ,when i opened it up ,i notice a few micro dings on the edges and the back ,dont get me wrong the steelbook looks great and the dings cant be seen easily unless you use a flashlight on it.
when comparing the steelbook material to my wall-e (u.s) and this is it (canada) steelbook , it feel a bit cheaper as my wall-e and this is it is much more sturdy and rigid tin. anybody have this effect from this particular SB? is metropolitan distributer is to blame for the weak material?

I have seen quite a few people on here with dents and dings on their French District 9 Steels. I got mine from amazon.fr and amazingly it came perfect. I inspected the whole thing and couldn't find and blemishes whatsoever. I haven't really noticed it to be more flimsy than other steels. Could be wrong though
