Anyone have a friend join Columbia House? - Blu-ray Forum

Hi Gang,

Anyone ever have a friend join the Columbia House bluray club? Is there any way to confirm if the order went through? We did it through the website last week (odd, the "have a friend join" feature doesn't seem to accessible at the site today). Is it gone?

Do "friends" get their blurays as quickly as the original members did (in 2 weeks)? Does anyone know when the original members get their 3 selections for joining?

Everything was paid online via credit card.

My friend just experienced a similar missing order and lack of confirmation. After inquiring by e-mail, CHC replied stating that their website was under some kind of transition and any orders placed on the old site were lost. Crazy! The new site is working now. You should inquire.

I called and a rep told me that our order wasn't in their computer. They also suggested that I reorder. However, it appears the "have a friend join" feature is gone. Weird.
