Default Region Coding Entry Suggestion

I've recently started putting in my region coding findings for titles that I have personally tested using the "Region coding" tab (cool feature by the way) and it occurs to me that it might be helpful to put a short message on this entry screen to the effect: "Please leave any region you have not personally tested set to untested".

While it is most common for releases to be either locked to its native region or unlocked across all regions, there are plenty of high-profile titles that have AB, AC and BC coding. For example, the US X-Men Origins: Wolverine (AB), US Race to Witch Mountain (AC), Australian WALL-E (BC), etc. It seems there are many who are only testing locking against Region A or B and assuming that these finding apply to Region C when this is not necessarily the case.
