Default Dali Ikon 7 - top or bottom terminals

Hi Guys -

I have a Dali Ikon 7 and Dali Ikon Vokal two for center and some rears.

However, yesterday my little brother pulled the connections from the back out (thank god I have bannana plugs). Now I had a professional install these for me along with everything else, so I am clueless to where these get plugged back into......

Ikon 7------The top red/black terminals or the bottom red/black terminals?
Vokal Two-----the right red/black terminals or the left red/black terminals?

I know for a fact that the Dali Ikon 7 top terminals is for high frequency and the bottom is the crossover for the bass, not sure with the Ikon Vokal Two.

Thanks guys for your help in this matter

Do you have jumper bars or jumper cables connecting the 2 reds together and the 2 blacks together

then it dosent make any difference if you hook them up to the top or bottom, some people will tell you to connect the red to the top and the black to the bottom but it makes no difference.

This is what I do, but in reverse (black/top - red/bottom). I do so because Totem Acoustics says this is their preferred connection method. Does it make a difference? I don't beleive it does and I'm about to find out as I have new speaker cable and their stiffness prevents me from connecting them in a diagonal pattern.

John

PS~ Just make sure that evertyhing is in phase, that the jumper plates or cables remain installed, and you'll be good to go.
