Default Old Spock ride along

Now that old Spock and the crew of the Enterprise are in the same time couldn't Old Spock ride along on their five year mission and tell them how all their alien encounters and such will turn out? Example: Old Spock to a group of red shirts before the away team beams down to the Vaul planet in The Apple "Don't touch the rocks, watch out for the killer plants, the rouge lightning bolts, and dudes with big clubs." Thoughts? Anyone?

Considering the timeline changed thanks to Nero, I don't think a lot of the missions the Enterprise crew undertake will be the same as the ones we remember.

This is not just a rebot of a franchise but a complete reboot of the character's histories and relationships.

Default Oh my God!

Regarding Steve Dave. And I thought Spock was anal. Come on people, let's have some fun with this. Old Spock to Young Spock "Dude I'm tellin' ya, Dr. McCoy's full'a crap, exposing yourself to those lights is gonna' make you go blind but you do what'cho gotta' do."

This response is illogical. The original post in this thread made no mention of possibilities. The question was posed in a serious matter not one in a, as you humans call, humorous matter.

And if that's what you wanted:

> Spock would tell Kirk to find some old US currency so when they go back to the 20th century, Kirk won't look like a jerk at dinner.

> Spock would also tell Kirk to avoid any bridges in his later life.

Old Spock has some Vulcan babies to make; the crew can fend for itself. Besides, I refuse to believe that anyone in Jim Kirk's crew would do something like tamper with the natural evolution of time.

Should be no problem as just as long as Old Spock doesn't step on a space butterfly.
