Default Which TV will be best for Blu Ray?

I have a PS3 for watching BDs & this is strictly going to be for secondry usage (i have a very expensive Pioneer Plasma which i usually use for watching BDs)

Which TV shall i get?
Obviously the Toshiba is 1080p...but is it significantly better than the Panny to warrant the price difference?
The first tv is better for my budget, and ill most likely have to borrow money if i go for the 2nd one- so i want to know if its worth the trouble.

I will not be watching HD tv on it at all & sometimes Blu Ray films. How big is the difference in picture quality?

Just go with the Panasonic if you don't plan on using HD too much. Save yourself some money and take your gf out or go buy something for the car like a nice turbo kit or some wheels
