Default Overhaul of Disney BD-Live?

I first noticed a change after logging on to Disney BD-Live while watching Monsters, Inc. This morning, I booted up Sleeping Beauty and accessed BD-Live on my PC. In switching back and forth between the service in PowerDVD 9 Ultra and their BD-Live website, I stumbled across this:

"The Disney BD-Live Network is changing. The features Movie Challenge, Movie Mail, Movie Chat, and Movie Rewards Live will soon become unavailable. Until they are taken entirely offline, for now you may retrieve existing Movie Mails, participate in Movie Challenges, and various other activities with Disney Blu-ray discs that featured this version of the Disney BD-Live Network. All Disney BD-Live titles will eventually support the latest version of the Disney BD-Live Network. If you are a registered member of the Disney BD-Live Network, your username and password are no longer required for use. Unless you change this shared account with Disney.com and Disney Movie Rewards, you are still an active member of those services."

It's a shame, I kind of enjoyed the multitude of features offered though probably never would have used most of them.
