BD-Live update not working on the Dark Crystal? - Blu-ray Forum

BD-Live update not working on the Dark Crystal? I bought both the Dark Crystal and Labyrinth at Best Buy just before Christmas a tried watching them. Labyrinth will access and update through BD-Live but Dark Crystal gets an error trying to download BD-Live update every try. My PS3 is fully updated, and Labyrinth goes to BD-Live every try. Any advice?

Same for me too, it's weird that Labyrinth works but not DC. I really wanted those 100 Sony points :P

just tried my copy today and it got the same error...i guess not 100 points for me either

Same here. Tried to register the disc for the Sony Rewards and a no go.

I'm having the same problem with "The King's Speech" and I'm fairly new to Blue-Ray. Is this a recurring issue?
