Default I guess I missed out amazon deals

I was looking at Star Trek and IB on amazon for 16.99, but I was waiting for a better deal on a couple other movies to go down also. Well They both went back up today and I'm mad. I guess I should have jumped on them when I had the chance. Anywhere else have deals on these movies?

If you're in no rush just wait and they'll eventually go down again.

The individual movies or the box set? I got them a while back, all 4 at $7.99 each.

There are so many titles out there I want. I find that when they've been at the lowest price they've ever been I can justify a purchase. I use the Amazon price tracking feature to tell me when is the right time to buy. I picked up Zodiac. Iditarod, and Nature: Wolves last week they were all at the lowest point they've ever been on Amazon.

Well yes and no I guess. I can wait, but those 2 in particular, along with Zombieland and Quantum of Solace were ones I was really interested in getting soon. Oh well.

I was looking at the new one that just came out, havent seen it yet.

I guess I should have jumped on them, just kicking myself a little right now thats all. I was hoping for a price drop on Zombieland or something like that this weekend and than I would have gotten the whole lot. Id really like for gohastings to have another 25 or 30 percent off sale again on used BDs.

Search for a movie here at the right hand corner. Click the movie. Select price tracking and enter the price you want it to hit, then when it hits that price you will get an email.

yeah I do that all the time. At the time I don't really look for the movie but I find out it's a really low price, then it goes back up. And doesn't go back down for a while. You could always try eBay. That's where I turn to when I can't find it cheap anywhere else.

How good is amazon about price matching other sites? They dropped the price on Star Trek, Im assuming because of the BB sale, but I had already ordered it from BB. Now they have dropped the price of District 9, assuming again because of the target sale, but not Inglourious Basterds, which is also 17.99 at target. Just wondering if theyre good about getting their prices inline with the other retailers, not really sure because they dropped District 9,b but not IB. If theres a decent chance IB will come down again Ill wait, if not Ill just get District 9.

Amazon is very hit and miss on their price matches. Target currently has 500 days of Summer for $12.99 but Amazon still has it at $19.99. I think it has to do with the sale and retailer offering the price. The Target deal is in stores only so I doubt Amazon will match they also do not price match other online only retailers. They usually stick to PMs on Best Buy and Wal-mart for the most part but on occassion which match other prices.

You can always e-mail their customer service and see if they will price match before placing the order.

Sorry to here that. I picked up Star Trek for $15 and Inglourious Basterds for $12 (plus tax) at Target a couple of months back. First one was $20 - $5 coupon and the second was $20 - $5 - $3 coupons that were floating around at the time. So I gess you really missed out on the right prices!

I was assuming that the were dropping their price on District 9 because of target and maybe they would do it for IB also. Ill give it another day and see what they do.
