United Kingdom The New World - UK

can anyone shed some light on the a/v quality of the EIV blu ray?

I was a fan of the theatrical version and as the US release only has the longer cut (which I have not seen), I was wondering whether the UK disc was an option.

cheers

The BBFC have only passed the following:

For theatrical release:

Dec 2005 - the original ~150m version
Feb 2006 - the shorter ~135m version

For home video release:

May 2006 - the shorter ~135m version (released on DVD)
Jan 2010 - the extended ~172m version (released on DVD and Blu-Ray)

Disc looks pretty good has several impressive moments, has a True hd soundtrack which is subdued much like the film.
