You Don't Know Jack (HBO Movie) with Al Pacino (!) premires April 24th - Blu-ray Forum

I literally just saw an IMDb banner for this and I had literally no idea of it's existence. Apparently, You Don't Know Jack is about Jack Kevorkian and his highly controversial practices in euthanasia.

More to the point, check out the cast:

Al Pacino as Jack Kevorkian
Susan Sarandon as Janet Good
Danny Huston as Geoffrey Fieger
Brenda Vaccaro as Margo Janus
John Goodman (always a favorite of mine) as Neal Nicol

Director: Barry Levinson

Some pretty big names pulled together--but Pacino's involvement in a one-off telemovie has to be a win, even for a giant like HBO. I mean, the guy is beyond able to pick and choose his roles, so I find it very interesting that he chose to play such a controversial character in the smaller realm of TV.

The film premieres this Saturday, April 24th, at 9:00 PM on HBO.

Nice, I watch HBO all the time but some how have never seen a preview for this.. Will check it out this weekend, thanks!

I've been looking forward to this one for quite some time. Pacino is my favorite actor, and he seems to do a lot better with the lesser known stuff lately (i.e. Angels in America, Merchant of Venice). Plus being such a controversial topic means I'm definitely intrigued. I just hope it delivers.
