Buying Slipcovers Help

Hey

I'm looking to buy slipcovers in the next few weeks for the movies I bought that were missing them. My question is what do people usually charge? I don't want to tell somebody that I'm willing to buy one of them, for them to then charge me like £5

So what's the going rate for a good condition slipcover these days?

Mostly ask around the five dollars. Some sell them for less but i guess thats the price most of them are.

Oh oke, I live in Holland and i buy them mostly from the USA. But i guess you will have the problem with the thick cases and all.

He's probably just looking to buy UK release slipcovers.

£2-£3 + P&P is a fair price, but depending on the condition and rarity, it could be more. If you can't find them for sale on here, try eBay and ask someone kindly if they will sell you a slipcover to the movie they've listed for a few pounds through PayPal or similar - this is what I usually do.

From what I've seen on ebay, they seem to run anywhere from $3-$10 plus shipping, probably $5 plus shipping for most on average. It seems to depend on how nice or rare the slip might be, and I suspect the condition factors in as well. If you're just wanting UK slips, I'd search for UK specific collector sites. You can probably buy cheaper from other members on boards such as this, since they don't have ebay fees to consider. Paypal fees can be just as steep, but private sales at least don't get hit twice by ebay, who also gets a cut of the shipping too, which sellers now have to factor in as well.
