Default Which box set do you find to have the best and worst packaging?

For me it would obviously be the bourne trilogy, followed by woodstock ( the box that it comes in is great.)

for worst it has to be the pirates trilogy. the box was made way too small

BEST:
Fringe: season 1 (not really a box set, but love everything about the packaging / design)
LOST: season 5 Dharma Initiation Kit
The Bourne trilogy
Rome: the complete series
Band of Brothers

i guess i don't really have a "worst" for packaging. maybe Close Encounters of the Third Kind because if you lose the book, then the outer case is too big for the smaller one. but that's a minor complaint for a great design package.

I'd have to say the Karate Kid (I and II) box set as they are so hard to get out. I have to really shake them to get a movie out.

Yeah, that Woodstock is great and I also really like the Blade Runner Briefcase, I'm not sure which I think is the worst, .................I guess it would be the die hard & Batman anthologies because im not a fan of slim cases.

Band of Brothers is the clear number one. Just immaculate box set.

The packaging for "The Omen Collection" is terrible...just a cheap, flimsy mess.

The worst packaging for me is DVD-sized steelbooks for blu-ray releases.

I was also disappointed in the case used for the GODFATHER collection, surely it was deserving of something a bit more fancy

It definitely isn't. What made it so bad is how you had to remove the discs from the holders. Over time it would put marks on the disc. Other than that, the housing of the BSG set was really nice!

Default Worst packaging.....

The Omen Collection in my opinion was the absolute worse. It’s as tall as a DVD case, paper thin design with four foam hubs that hold the disc’s unprotected from the surface. Definitely offsets the appearance of my collection. I purchased a 4-disc Blu-ray case from eBay for $2.99 and made a custom cover using the box set art provided, fits perfectly. Happy viewing my friends.

Worst packaging of all time: Simpsons Season 11 DVD & Season 12 DVD (I don't own Season 20 yet so don't know if it's bad like that). I don't even touch the boxset & they are all scratch up. I don't think they are any worse boxsets than those... really. Just horrible... you want to watch a DVD, it gets scratch taking it out of the cardboard. Want to put it back, gets scratch... even TMNT looks best boxset in comparison to these two. :-( That guy should've gotten fired after Season 11 boxset...
