Daybreakers problem - Blu-ray Forum

I just tried to watch Daybreakers and after the trailers menu, and HD Audio logo the screen just goes black, but the time starts ticking off like it is playing. I have a Sony 360 with the latest firmware. Has anybody else had a problem with this disc? It is a rental, but I cannot see any scratches and I have never had a problem with rentals before.

Not sure my post will help, but i did watch a rental Blu-ray in my Sony S360 and it played fine. Could be a defective disc as I am sure you already checked that there were no smudges on the disc itself.

Yea, no smudges or anything. I will take it back. The Sony 360 hasn't let me down yet. Watched Zombieland last night with no problems.

Just for the record .. I rented again and it played with no problems.

Well, 8 years later mine is dead. Doesn't work in any standalone player or PC I put it in.
