Default Any Suggestions on a new 32 inch LCD for a bedroom?

Hey people,

I am looking to purchase a new tv for my bedroom. Im looking at 32 inch LCD tv's. Does anyone have any suggestions? Looking to spend around 500 or so...

I was looking at the Sony KDL32EX400. The only real difference besides the physical appearance seems to be that the dynamic contrast is 140,000:1 compared to the Samsung mentioned above, which has 70,000:1. Any thoughts on that?

I've not seen either, but $500 is a good price for both. From what I can tell, the Sony is a newer product, so advancement in backlight technology may represent the higher dynamic contrast number. Comparing the features may provide some insight as to which would be preferable.

Yea, its tough because they both seem nice. I do like the look of the samsung better though...
