Which racing games utilize the tilt control capability? I find it much more intuitive than nudging the stick with my thumb. I have Burnout Paradise and enjoy the tilt control option. It's not readily apparent which games use this. Can anyone share some data? Thanks!

I think Motorstorm uses it.

Yea, I played Motorstorm and was looking forward to the second version."Pacific Rift", but to my dismay it didn't have an option for using the tilt control. Do most players really prefer to negotiate an intricate track by nudging with the thumb toggle?!

Tilt probably has more degrees of analog, at the very least they're spread out and easier to make use of but the bigger movements are more tiring and there's no auto snap back to neutral like a stick.
If you practise I'm sure you can get an advantage in many supporting games. |

Formula One Championship Edition also supports this, as far as I can remember. Having said that, I whole heartedly agree with the points made by Shin-Ra and ChrisV. There is a new F1 game due out later this year, which will be a day one purchase for me, but even if it supports this feature I'll not be using it - imagine racing 50 or 60 laps around Monte Carlo holding your controller in mid air - you'll end up with arms like Popye! Ugg Ugg Ugg!
