Quick Pans Labyrinth question... - Blu-ray Forum

Before I respond to this person I want to check with you experts here to make sure my facts are straight. I recently sold a BRD copy of Pans Labyrinth on Ebay. I have just received a message from the buyer (After leaving me good feedback no less) that he is extremely unhappy with me for deceiving him with a "Spanish version" of the movie. I've seen PL in theaters, on dvd and BRD and I'm pretty positive that it is only available with Spanish audio and English subs right? I just want to make sure before I respond. Thanks everyone.

It was only made with a Spanish language track yes, that buyer should've done their research first.

I am sorry that you have to deal with this, really. But I have to laugh at these stuborn knuckleheads (your buyer) who are so SURE that it was an English language film. They are always SURE after they buy it.

Indeed so. And if the buyer is giving you a hard time, you can show him just about any retailer listing for the movie.

Don't these people research a little bit? I mean, it's stated in every review. You can tell him with confidence that there's no English dub on the disc, though. I hope he still wants to see the movie.
