Ok, so here's a movie surrounded with more mystery than Super 8 is, what could it be about.

Well first of all watch the trailer...

and here's the official site

So here I go, there is nothing on this film all I know is that it's about a chameleon who loses his identity, it stars Johnny Depp and is Directed by Gore Verbinski and is released by Paramount. That is it, the trailer doesn't even tell us that.

So all I can say is hopefully more on this movie soon

I've just seen the trailer and can't stop thinking how awesome this film will look on BD, also the movie looks like fun as hell, i'll defenilly blind buy it as soon as it comes blu

I have a weird feeling this film is gonna flop. I'm reading buzz that Rango is not cute enough to appeal to a wide audience. Maybe it's the beady eyes? LOL.
Regardless, I do want to see it.

Sorry, this was a HUUUUUGE letdown!! After all the positive reviews for this movie I was expecting so much more. The computer animation done by ILM is fantastic. However the story is just so uninteresting.

Sorry you didn't like it, I thought it was pretty entertaining. The story may be tired and cliche, but it pays homage to westerns. Go Vols! I used to live off Hwy 153 and went to Chatt State, lol

but i definitely agree. why not just post this in the Rango thread? or in the movie review thread to have a discussion about it? all this thread seems to be doing is waiting for someone to come in to scream "no! it's awesome!" and get into a wonderful interwebs fight
