How are Sony when it comes to region locking, because this set looks hella nice and i'm in the UK so need region B playback =]

Sony are usually pretty good, though they have taken to locking some US releases recently (The Road, Black Dynamite). I'd hope this would be region-free though.

Japan blu´s are not known for being very cheap to say the least ^^ this is going to be 100 $ and up me thinks

I'm interested to know what the ultimate versions are for PQ/AQ, the expensive older japan set, or the newer US directors cut. Anyone owns many versions?

Is the JP discs the extended first and director's cut for the second as US?
