Default Healthy Snacking?

This thread was inspired in part by the Junk Food thread. Is there any love for healthy snacks? (especially when watching a good blu).

I usually go for less than a handful of walnuts (20-30 grams).

What do you guys go for?

Cheese doodles.

Jokes aside, I usually eat some fruit. If I'm watching a movie, some sort of canned fruit in a bowl works so I can actually watch the movie and not have an apple in my face the entire time.

Fruit Salad with some sort of wine mixed in (a sweet wine usually) is very very tasty.

Bingo!

All within the first 2 responses too. Yes, fruits, vegetables, and almonds are excellent choices. I'm hooked on Blue Diamond's Wasabi flavored almonds right now. Mmmmmmmm

I was just at the grocery store and bought a pound of them just off of the recommendation here. Holy crap these things are awesome!

As for other nutritious stuff... My main go-to fruit are pineapples, macintosh apples, peaches, plums, watermelon, and bananas. I also like baby carrots, sunflower seeds, yogurt, avocado, and probably some other stuff I can't think of off the top of my head.

air popped popcorn lightly sprayed with zero calorie pam and salted slightly. Popcorn itself is actuallly surprisingly good for you if not coated with 5000 calories worth of butter and/or oil and 5 lb's of salt. also fruit is another classic for me

a weird combo that I found was carrot sticks dipped in salsa

They taste like horseradish if you have never tasted wasabi before.

I'll have to try those smoked almonds next. I've had their habenaro flavored almonds as well, also tastey.
