Joaquin Phoenix. Seriously, I shaved my beard on Thursday but it seems fairly do-able without actual makeup. I may go 2-3 days without showering for the grease effect.

Not a movie, but I dressed as Black Lantern Billy Mays last year. I've been thinking about going as Leonard Shelby for years, but I always decide against it right before Halloween. I just don't think enough people would get it.
