This is the new show under way on Disney's XD channel that starts October 20. In the meantime they are going to show mini/micro episodes. Here is a clip of one of the mini episodes:

The interesting thing is the voice actor for Tony Stark sounds like Robert Downey Jr. but I'm not sure it is him. Here are the dates for the first episode and all of the mini/micro episodes leading up to the first show:

Saw a preview for this the other day, the animation looks really good.I hope they follow some of the stories in the comic.

No..it wasn't a mini episode, just a preview showing a few of the characters and when it will start to air.

Is the mini-episode suppose to start this early

I'm not sure the listing I posted in the OP shows they are supposed to start October 11 but I saw a commercial saying something about something related to the show starting today.
