Lava Subs is a new company founded by a group of audio engineers with decades of audio experience. So while the company might be new, the management isn’t. Yes, the sub comes with rubber feet and the height listed on the site is the height with the feet.

We may in the future offer a 15" but it is not going to be in the immediate future. It is something that is being discussed but would be a ways out. As for a sealed sub the answer is about the same it is being discussed but it won't be in the immediate future.

I have a NAD C316BEE Integrated Amp, NAD C515BEE CD PLayer, Klipsch RF 52ii speakers in an 11' X 11" room. I want the flexibility of using it in a larger room in the future, i.e., 18' X 18'. Which subwoofer would serve me best in this set up?

Can you offer advice about other subs to look at as well? Thanks for the help.

You need to decide how much money you want to spend.

I strongly suggest that you go for two subwoofers instead of one. For example, two quality 12" subwoofers may give you much better results than a single 15" or 18" subwoofer. You can buy one subwoofer now and add a second one later. It is highly recommended that you buy two identical subwoofers.

Lava subwoofers are good and economical subwoofers. Other popular internet direct names are Elemental Designs, Hsu Research, Epik, and SVS.

If you are looking for good performing budget subwoofers, Bic, Premier Acoustics, and Acoustic Audio are good options.
