Besides New Releases and sequels with different distributors....

Evil Dead 2, was released before Evil Dead which is distributed by Anchor Bay.

I still don't understand that one. They should've released the trilogy to promote the theatrical release.

Indiana Jones is one of the rare franchises that didn't need any Blu-ray promotion to be financially successful. It would have opened huge no matter what. Lucas & co. are waiting a bit for adoption to rise before releasing that trilogy.
