Hoodwinked, Hurricane Season, Killshot announced for Feb '11

According to retailer information, Vivendi Visual Entertainment will release three recent movies on Blu-ray in February 2011, from the Weinstein Company catalog. On February 1, it will release the sports drama Hurricane Season, starring Forest Whitaker; on February 15, the animated movie Hoodwinked; and on February 22, the crime thriller Killshot, starring Diane Lane and Mickey Rourke.

Special features have not been disclosed.

I liked Hoodwinked. I've never seen Killshot, although I read the book years ago.

Was going to buy Hoodwinked. But since its in 1080i, NTY.

I've always been able to overlook this film's limited animation, something I have a feeling may be why Vivendi went with a 1080i transfer, because it's so enjoyable. It's not a particularly great film, but it's very fun and I'll pick it up sooner or later.

Short Circuit was released a couple years back in 1080i
