Basic story is:
Maintenance man moved up at work. Eventually went on to lead the union.

Used his position of power to fire anyone who crossed him. Also involved in multiple threats and arson.

Once a senior plumber crossed him and he was unable to fire him since he had seniority over the junior plumber, so he convinced the school district they no longer needed plumbers.

Before going to jail he was making in excess of $150k/year.
