I'm an idiot and I need your help setting up my H.T. (Yamaha RXV-1400) - Blu-ray Forum

I moved recently and I can't remember how to get to the proper menu to set up my system for DTS or 5.1. I can jump through the different settings but I can't seem to remember which sequence of keys need to be pushed in what order to get to the right setting. It seems like I can hear different sections of the amps clicking on/off but how do I know which one to choose???? Help....please. I tried to do a factory reset but that doesn't even seem to work.

Just check in your manual.
