USA Long term slip cover question...leave the stickers on of take them off?

If you were going to stash away a copy of a movie like Fantasia and you were planning on keeping it for a collector 3 or 4 years down the road, would you leave the stickers on the slip cover or would you take them off and place them on the plastic wrap of the actual movie wrapping?

I usually take them off because I think the stickers are really annoying.

All stickers stay on my slips! I prefer to keep the BDs in my collection in original condition. I even take stickers off the plastic wrap and place them on the BD cover.

The price sticker definitely comes off. Some people keep the factory stickers, and while I can understand that, I take them all off so I can admire the cover art uninterrupted. If you're saving this one for a collector however, it would be best to keep it as is, stickers and all, and let them decide what to do with them.

Minus the last part, I'm the same way.

Just think about it, in a few years (probably longer), you'll be so amazed at how much you spent on one Blu-ray.

Stickers are dumb. I get annoyed when they're on the slips. I trash them all, sounds really corney to stick them backon the inside case too.

Off and in the garbage. I toss any non menu papers in the movie out too, ads, etc.

These are movies NOT investments. Well, they could be investments, bad ones.

if i was to keep it on a shelf and never watch it? leave it as is but take off any stickers stores may put on it. all movies i buy, i watch. i take the stickers off most of the time but it really depends. one comes to mind was the blu lightning mcqueen offer sticker that came on cars slipcover, i left it. wish i hadnt sold that car though.

When I first started buying DVD's, I kept the slipcovers and removed any stickers. Then I started getting annoyed with having to take the slipcovers off every time I wanted to watch the movie, so I threw them all away, and that's what I do now whenever I buy a new movie.

However, in regards to your question, while I don't stash away movies to make a profit on down the road, if I was going to, I would pretty much leave it exactly as I purchased it (with all stickers intact except for the price label, which I would carefully remove).
