Ah, I've got a copy of that on DVD, my 13 year-old daughter wanted it. Pretty good! I'm sure she'll want me to get the Blu whenever it releases...

The Girl Who Leapt Through Time Blu-ray Review is up. 4/5 for PQ and AQ. I was only hoping for a decent upgrade at least, so I am pleased.

Damn I feel like such a jack-ass for waiting on this title. FYI, the European version is Region 2, so it won't play on NA players.

Good news guys, this is getting re-released by Funimation on June 7th! There will be a Limited Edition and a Standard edition

(I will ask mods to keep this thread in this section since the anime section already has one, and I think this film deserves the same treatment as any regular film)

Oh my god I'm so excited. not sure which version I'll buy but I will definitely make a purchase. I thought this was an incredible film.

Great news about the re-release! The name caught my eye a while ago, but as it's been long OOP, I've never been able to see it. Does she go to different time periods or does she just leap around present day?
