Hey everyone,
I don't know if a thread like this has been made in the past, I tried searching and couldn't come across anything. My goal for this thread was to try to make a list of steelbooks from non-English speaking countries (basically exclude Canada, USA, UK and Australia) that do not have foreign text on the steelbook. I only buy steelbooks with English text and I assumed there might be other people like me, so I thought this could be beneficial for some members. If anyone owns steelbooks from European or Asian countries that only have English text, please post below and I will try to continually update this initial post with a list for each country. Thanks. All Applicable Countries: 2012 (Destruction Image) 2012 (Plain Black Cover) Inception Terminator 2: Judgement Day China: Avatar - Extended Edition Denmark: Avatar Predators Salt France: Shutter Island Total Recall Germany: Gran Torino Karate Kid RockNRolla Sherlock Holmes (First Version) Zombieland Hong Kong: Avatar - Extended Edition Iron Man 2 Japan: A-Team Avatar - Extended Edition Knight & Day Korea: Hurt Locker Mexico: Gladiator (Helmet) Netherlands: Clone Wars Total Recall Poland: Gladiator (White Cover) Taiwan: Avatar - Extended Edition Gladiator (White Cover) Iron Man 2 Thailand: Avatar - Extended Edition Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children Complete Gladiator (White Cover) Iron Man 2 Karate Kid Predators Salt Terminator: Salvation - Director's Cut This Is It Last edited by Fan_Of_Gaming; 12-19-2010 at 11:46 PM. Reason: alphabetized list |

Cool thread idea. I'd consider including Canada though, their recent wave of Alliance SteelBooks was all dirtied up with French.
![]() The Total Recall from Holland is all-English once you unwrap it and remove the paper backing. Pretty sure the French one's the same way. Do you care about the region code of the discs, or whether or not the discs have foreign language on them (even though the case might be all-English)? |
