Quick question , do the Steelbooks have ANY other difference Audio , Video than regular releases . Or are they just something to collect , thanks

it depends on the release.
sometimes steelbook release comes 1:1 to the keep case (amaray) version. sometimes steelbook comes as speciel edition (e.g. extended cut, directors cut) with different sound options.

i think usually it is identical.

use the database to inform and compare

I dont care if it comes in a paper bag , as long as it has the most recent and stunning Audio/Video mixes im happy

Usually the disc is identacle to the amary release. It is the steelbook itself, that make it more appealing to us collectors. You will find some special editions sometimes with steelbooks. Like the upcoming Machete steel, or the recent Inception steel with briefcase.

I believe the only uncut version of Total Recall is only available in steelbook form though.
